• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

1. Visit the Request Return page.
2. Enter your order number and the email address or phone number used for your order.
3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason for your return.
4. Submit your request. You’ll receive an email with your return details.

• We will arrange a courier to collect your return.
• Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be declined or partially refunded.
