  • Items that appear to be worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

  • Order number (e.g #12345)
  • Item name/description 
  • Reason for return

We will provide you with the details for the return.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please send the return request email.
  • Once the return request is submitted, you will receive an email with return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method within 7 days of approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return does not meet our return policy conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or provide partial refunds.
