Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman).

For international orders, we offer free delivery. Please note, however, that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered fulfilled. In the rare case your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we cannot be held responsible. We recommend providing a secure delivery address and tracking your shipment closely.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@houseofyamina.com with your order number.


Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. You will receive a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at care@houseofyamina.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue swiftly and satisfactorily.
