Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items that appear to be worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
HOWΒ CAN I START A RETURN?
- Visit the Request Return page.
- Enter your order number and the email address or phone number used to place your order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for your return request.
- Confirm your preferred refund method. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever applicable.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your return status along with the next steps.
Return Process
- Once the return request is submitted, you will receive an email with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method within 7 days of approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- If the return does not meet our return policy conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or provide partial refunds.
